My beautiful East Vancouver studio has closed, and I’m currently exploring new locations. Shipping for in-stock items may take an extra day during this transition. My in studio classes are, for at least now, paused. I hope to update this in future.

Shipping Policy
Canadian Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all jewellery orders over $150 CAD.
For orders under $150 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $20 CAD applies.
Express shipping options are available at checkout. If you're unsure what to choose, feel free to contact me directly.
USA and International Shipping
Jewellery orders over $250 CAD ship free to the United States.
Orders under $250 CAD are subject to a flat shipping fee of $35 CAD.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary internationally. Some countries may not be supported. If your country isn’t listed, email me and I’ll do my best to help.
Please note: all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing
In-stock, non-customized items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.
For custom pieces, please reach out in advance if you’re working with a deadline.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and approved in writing before being returned.

To start a return or exchange, email info@saramontgomerydesigns.ca.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received.
A 50% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings, custom or personalized jewellery, tools, supplies, and sale items are final sale.
Repairs
Many repairs are free, depending on the situation.
Please email with as much detail as possible—including clear photos—so I can help quickly and accurately.
Custom Jewellery Payment Process
For custom work, I follow a three-stage payment structure to keep things fair, transparent, and manageable for both of us. A 50% deposit starts the process, this covers design time, materials, and holds your place in my schedule. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun.
Once you've approved the design (whether it's sketches, wax, or photos), a second payment of 25% is due so I can move into fabrication. The remaining 25% is paid once the piece is complete, before pickup or delivery.
This process keeps you involved and helps support the time, materials, and skill that go into creating something truly one-of-a-kind.
