Shipping Policy

Canadian Shipping:

- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD.

- Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of $20 CAD applies to orders under $150 CAD.

- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Please use the checkout feature to view options or contact me directly at [info@saramontgomerydesigns.ca](mailto:info@saramontgomerydesigns.ca).

USA & International Shipping:

- Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping for orders over $250 CAD to the United States.
- Flat Rate: A flat shipping fee of $35 CAD applies to orders under $250 CAD.
- International Rates: Shipping rates vary by country and speed. Please note that some countries are not serviced. If your country is not listed, please email me at [info@saramontgomerydesigns.ca](mailto:info@saramontgomerydesigns.ca) and we will try to assist you.
- Customs Duties and Taxes: All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

If you encounter any discrepancies in these shipping terms, please contact me with as much information as possible. 

Order Processing:

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days for in-stock, non-customised/personalised items. Custom items, please contact ahead to ensure I can make your important deadline. 

- Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

 Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Process:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on my part.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receiving the returned items.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings, customized or personalized items, and sale items are non-returnable.

Repairs:
- Depending on situation, many repairs will be free. Please email and give as much information as you can. Pictures, pictures pictures!
